Don't delete that folder. Crawl up a few levels and see if you can find a folder beneath Garmin called downloads or similar. You could also try searching for recently crated files over MB to hunt it down. Make sure you have invisible folders and such visible. If the system didn't purge temporary files, the download folder contains the two sets of files one of them for the unit, and one set for the computer. There should be another set in the folder designated by the BaseCamp and this one shoudld only be 3GB.
