I know there is a roll involved with this, but I played enough battles with this to really feel like it negatively effected my accuracy. Last update seems buggy for me. The crew is not listed in the garrage mode anymore. Cannot see the crew members and cannot change them from a tank to another or to barracks. This happened to also two or three patches ago.
